What to send
Pick whichever hurts most — and send the whole of it
The pack, not the advert — instructions to tenderers, the pricing document or bill, the specification, and the contract or subcontract terms. Inside two working days: where you'd lose points, which questions are hard pass/fail, and whether it's worth your time.
The application itself, the payment notice or certificate that came back, and the payment clauses from the contract. Those three together are what it takes to say whether there was money in the gap — and there usually is.
Live contracts, what's outstanding, what's stuck. Send it however untidy it is — a folder, a phone full of photos, a spreadsheet nobody's updated. We'll come back with the three things we'd fix first, in order of money.

Attachments welcome — PDF, Excel, drawings, photos of the paperwork, whatever you've got. Tender packs are usually too big to email, so a OneDrive, Dropbox or WeTransfer link works just as well, and so does the portal link with a read-only invite. This opens a pre-filled email.
